2. Booking and Payments
When making a booking with Corbett Safari Tour, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments for safaris must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- In case of cancellation or modification, refund policies as outlined below will apply.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled safari date, a full refund will be provided (minus any transaction fees).
- If you cancel within 7 days of the safari date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refund will be provided if the safari is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date or in the event of a "no-show".
4. Safari Availability
Safari bookings are subject to availability and can be affected by government regulations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Corbett Safari Tour reserves the right to alter or cancel a booking if necessary. In such cases, we will provide an alternative date or offer a full refund.
5. Wildlife Sightings
While we strive to offer the best safari experience, wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. The behavior of wildlife is unpredictable, and sightings depend on various factors such as weather, time of day, and animal movements.
6. Health and Safety
It is important that you follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our safari guides and staff during the safari. Corbett Safari Tour is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that occur during your safari experience. All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
7. Liability
Corbett Safari Tour is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of using our services, including but not limited to safaris, transportation, and accommodations. You agree to release and hold harmless Corbett Safari Tour from any claims arising out of the use of our services.
8. Conduct and Behavior
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the safari and while interacting with other guests and our staff. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the safari if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of our policies. No refund will be issued in such cases.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Corbett Safari Tour website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Corbett Safari Tour or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, modify, or distribute any content from the website without explicit permission.
